Serendipity Supper

St. Francis First Annual Sunday January 18, 2009 @ 3:00 pm We are seeking all kinds of players, young or old, and will have a double elimination tournament which allows the less experienced a chance to win. There will be trophies for 1st and 2nd place. If you are good or not so good, come enjoy the games and “bring a friend.” Drinks will be furnished, but bring a snack, finger foods or whatever. Look for the sign up sheet in the Narthex with directions. Annual Parish Meeting Sunday, January 11th after the 10:45 service The meeting will be short, fun and informative! Copies of the 2009 Budget will be available as well as Membership statistics for 2008, and we will thank those who have faithfully served St. Francis in 2008. Also, we will present the slate of new members of the Vestry. We have four members of the vestry who are going off this year and a fifth member who has had to resign. We have five members of St. Francis with the qualifications and the willingness to run: Henry Killen, Marty Krausse, Galen Hays, Pam Renner and Chris Miller. Chris has asked to fill out the one year term for the person who resigned. The other four will fill the remaining positions. See pictures and bios elsewhere in this Journal.
